Brewster has been injured. He was 16, put in as sub in preseason, put into u23s as a promotion at 17, allowed go of to WC where he starred and he got injured in a u23 game. If he's injured since how can we give him any chance. So if he wants to court celtic and **** off up there thats his choice. I read its a season long loan not a permenant move. I think personally its crazy for him to go there but how and ever.
I'm sure I heard somewhere that Brewster is going to be part of our first team squad next season, so this Celtic stuff is probably BS
Emre Can has reportedly agreed a five-year contract to join Juventus this summer. Gazzetta dello Sport, as cited by Calcio Mercato, claims that the German midfielder will earn wages thought to be in the region of €6 million per year in Turin. The report claims that the deal agreed between the two parties is a longer contract than first anticipated, with higher wages.
has i believe. theres two things a) LFC make 17 year old on first contract sign for as pittance and can only sign for 3 year.. now a pittance to them is not a pittance to you or me but thats another point. b) when they turn 18 then if any good LFC then throw cash at them. Its an FSG thing. They insist on theis kind of thing but local heads know the score and fudge it ASAP. So the issue for LFC here is they have him on a contract but its not that long and in effect worthless
good for him. 6mil a year = 115k euro funny money so call it 100k sterling. the issue is whether the Italians require him to pay any tax. Basically on yer tod mate, you've missed out big time this season.
I think you’ll find he chose to stay on scholar terms at 17 and he’s just turned 18 last month, with Liverpool understandably eager to tie him down to a professional contract, that as yet he hasn’t agreed to. So he’ll be free to walk now, should he choose to.
Up to him then. If he doesn't believe in his ability or that he'll get a fair chance under Klopp there isn't a lot the club can do. Before he does maybe he should have a chat with TAA though.
He’s not a local lad as you nicked him from Chelsea at 15. He may have reasons other than football if he chooses not to stay at Anfield
I doubt Celtic were on his mind when he’s refused to put pen to paper over the last ŷear. That’s probably just a lazy journo link due to Gerrards potential move up there.
Wolves 'set to beat Liverpool to Jack Butland with Premier League new boys readying £35m swoop for England goalkeeper Liverpool could miss out on Jack Butland with Wolves preparing an aggressive £35m bid for the Stoke City goalkeeper. The England shot-stopper has been unable to haul the Potters out of the relegation scrap and could be the first casualty once their return to the Championship is confirmed. The Reds had been expected to enquire about his availability with Simon Mignolet and Loris Karius unable to secure the No.1 spot for the long-term. The ambitious Midlands club will make Butland their No.1 target, but will also face competition from West Ham for the 25-year-old, report the Express, with Butland likely to be on the plane to Russia with England for the World Cup.
