I’m a fan of his and would certainly be happy to see him at Spurs. Has all those attributes above and also appears to have a good attitude. He kept fighting for WBA even when those around him went AWOL.
The reserve forward ‘curse’ does worry me though. The list of failure is growingand on paper, Nando was a better option than Rondon.
It seems worse than it is for Llorente because he was the last one in a long list of failures. However, he was the only one who also had many of the attributes above that we got wrong, which could happen to any team. Rondon would only the second player of this type. I think we have much more chance of getting it right if we stick to this approach.
