Having said that I have been witness to unbelievable levels of ignorance on a maternity ward with some 14 year old Taneesheequay sitting there chowing down on her Big Mac meal while little baby Shawntayrone squealed like a pig for ages until a midwife said Tanee should feed the pup who is crying because he is hungry only for her to look up and say "Wen aahv finished mi dinner?" It was Tooting though so I shouldn't have been surprised.
