Given that Torres has only scored seven more goals that Rooney is his entire career, despite being 18 months older and having played one full season more, you'd have to say that your opinion is not backed up by the facts.

so wait let me get this clear, you think firsly that rooney lampard and gerrad match bergkamp, thierry henry, ronaldo and cantona? you sir are a fool. the only real argument there is paul scholes cause personlly think all the above fourth are better than shearer ( dont get me wrong shearer was absolute class ). and in my personal opinion id say all four are still more influntial than scholes ( albeit very very close ).

And i said rooney has a better all round game than torres you daft ****

Firstly i said since joining the prem, so yeah i clearly dindt mean the prem.... but my argument fails if you say so.

and secondly at the same time torres has also been in a worse team his whole career meaning less changes, and it also includes two very bad seasons.

i still think torres is a better goalscorer.
