Mate get yourself to a doctor and they will give you the good stuff for pain relief
If not try a TENS machine. Google it.
But as others have said see a physio of you can. Long term that's best
Really can't be arsed with work tonight.
On another note, starting to plan a trip to Goodison in a few weeks. Been near the top of list for grounds id like to visit for a while and if we go down it might be our last trip there.

Try the Tune hotel in town mate thats where I stayed last time I went out there it was clean and newish, about £34 iirc.
I was charging £25 but I'm quite expensive.
