It’s a great day for scoring low, Fleetwood playing beautifully, on for a 65, if he pars the last. McIlroy hit a couple of stunning shots on the first nine, but Reed is holding his nerve and playing well, now 3 shots ahead.
I'd love to see Fleetwood win it, but it's looking like Reed would have to come back to him.
Still a long way to go and a three shot lead can evaporate very quickly. 2nd nine on Sunday usually sorts it out. If Rory wins it he will complete the 'Grand Slam' of all four majors...
Thankfully it won't be Spieth after another meltdown in round 2. Unless of course he can repeat his trick shot in the Open last year. Play it into an area which should be out of bounds almost killing someone in the process and as a result refocus, delay the whole tournament while he's allowed to clear everything in his path and then play his recovery shot over 200 yards blind and straight into the heart of the green. He was so pumped up by that he clean forgot to even pause to express concern about his victim while he climaxed in his own sheer brilliance.
Casey seems to be really enjoying himself. Both Reed and McIlroy look nervy, McIlroy’s drive off the first was like one of mine before I gave up, but longer. He’s just dropped another shot, both even for the day.

I'm not watching it yet, just following on t'internet. The wife and I are watching Legend, the Krays film with Tom Hardy, so I have to wait before I can put the golf on. Hardy is superb.
