Nepalese curry tonight.
Best 'Indian' curry I've ever tasted, which is a fair old statement to make.
There's a Nepalese place in Brecon going to give it a go sometime. I've had a Gurkha goat curry once out in Saudi and it was superb.
Just the one? What else did you get to eat over there, apart from chicken and rice?
The Gurkhas attached to us decided to make it one day, went out and bought a goat and slaughtered it. Not something they would do every day. They had to slaughter it at the side of the entrace checkpoint to the base because the Americans wouldn't let them in with a live animal so they killed it and asked if it was now ok?

Make sure you take a pic fella I’m intrigued
Authentic that was matey, I'll give you the recipe if you want.Gotta be better than that last curry thing ginge posted. It looked like a plate of dog puke.
Never herd of such a thing, did you have Moos for dessert?I had cows head, rice and chips tonight. Very chewy. Wouldn't be bothered if I never ate it again.
Goat on the other hand is now one of my favourite meats. Beautiful.
