Poch retaining a cool and dignified professionalism in the face of provocation from a very wound up numpty. Poch had him beaten hands down on every level - tactically, professionally, class.

You can take the manager out of Chelsea, but...

... did I mention that Poch has never, ever, won a league game against a side managed by Claudio Ranieri?

I guess there always has to be a pecking order <cheers>

If LCFC hadn’t sacked him, Poch would have handed him his arse back to him at the end of their next meeting.

Let’s not pretend that we don’t both know that.

Are you really trying to talk up a manager that you felt justified in sacking because you thought he was going to get you relegated? <laugh>
Don't stab the man in the back and then praise him afterwards, FFS.

Sonic The Hedgehog has a friend called Two Tails, who is a fox.

Bambi is kinda like that, but with two faces.

You know by the time Mourinho was 46 (Poch's age)... I'll let you guess the rest.

I think his best achievement was winning the Champions league with Porto as he didn't have a bottomless pit of money to play with. After that you'd have to say Inter (another Champions League). Ironically, he seems to do better with less resources.

Aye cos SAF was the Messi of his generation.
Mediocre players make better managers and generally start earlier than successful ones.
They need to understand the game better to make up for a lack of natural talent, which works out well for coaching.
Sunderland should turn all of your players into coaches, as they're ****ing ****, so they'll be fantastic at it. <ok>

They're not even going to attempt to be coaches, are they?
O'Shea's played 8,000 games and he'll retire to chat **** when he's finished, like loads of other ex-Man Utd players.
Rodwell's going to be on your payroll until he dies of old age after getting his telegram from the Queen, who'll still be alive, somehow.
