In NA we trust, but I would feel more comfortable if we had another stroker! We are alittle short on numbers going forward. Waggy would be a good signing, young and hungry, eager to prove a point. Ticks the boxes for me!
Oh well, if Prudence says get another one, who am I to argue..? I'm just not going to spit my dummy if nothing happens before the transfer window closes.
And nor will I. Until your sarcasm in above post I thought we were having an interesting discussion, with differing opinions. Never mind.
I wasn't being sarcastic. Just keeping it light. Apologies if I have put you out. What I was trying to say [very badly as it turns out] is, that if it is better to be safe than sorry [ol' Prudence reference there], then perhaps we ought to get another striker in, as you say. But personally, I won't be disappointed if we don't. I do forget sometimes, that this medium is a bad one for subtlety.
I had never even heard of this guy until people said his name on here the other day. West ham can have him!! He cant be that good, and is not someone who would add anything to the squad. Jay Rod and others are miles ahead of him...
we can't keep looking at every transfer and say "another one slips the net" I see nasri has gone to Man City, why didn't NC go for him, he would have been a good buy? There was no concrete eveidence we were ever looking at him, so why get depressed when he signs for someone else?
