What a load of crap.. Everyday they come up with useless info.. Striker set to sign.. Now striker looks unlikely..I'm sure I'm 1 of thousands that believe we are fast becoming a laughing stock regarding all the cheap transfer talk.. I for one don't want Maynard for 7 million quid it's ridiculous.. Yes he's a good player but let's not go down the Peter Taylor road again eh! CMS would have done me and we shud of stuck to him for much less coin. And just to finish why not try waghorn through the MIDDLE with Nugent??!! Ok rant over ;)
 
I agree Waggy isnt the finished article but come on with abit of coaching and playing him in the CORRECT position would bring him on loads..and so you really like the idea of Leicester paying 7million quid for a championship player??

Colloquial, did you see the Bristol game?! Maynard is no championship player, he is prem class! Worth every penny mate! I hope Sven pulls it off.....

I agree, Newcastle were looking at him, he will be class in a good championship team with a good midfiled, watch him go!

But as you say I believe he could bag 15-20 in prem when we get there!

I do, I really couldn't care less what we're paying now, it's either sign him or stick with avergae/**** players like Vassell and Waghorn.

I'm happy for us to take the risk of paying over the odds for a striker, rather than taking the risk of not doing so.

And what have the Mercury said now? Unlikely to sign or unlikely to sign before tomorrow (today).
