sounds more like conditions make any kind of passing game difficult.

Yes, begs the question why the ****ting hell did we try to play like Barcelona? And then carry it on all ****ing game?

The manager is a stupid ****. Hopefully he'll get hit by a bus or something on the international break.

I want a full match report from someone who went.
Full low down on each player.

McGregor played well - could have been 3-0 at half time.

Aina had a horrible afternoon. “Pineapple head”, as the away fans called him, constantly took him on and won. Lots of passes went to the opposite or out.

Dawson lost lots of challenges.

Mazuch limited Dawson’s damage.

Clark tried hard. Put in a few decent crosses but not on the same wavelength with Wilson.

Bowen - probably Man of the Match. Could have scored late on.

Larsson ran and ran and ran. Tried to contest the midfield but struggled with Henriksen often caught in possession. Most of his passes were sideways.

Henriksen as said above. Fans turned on him again.

Wilson’s worst performance for us - but not because he played badly but because he didn’t really do much/get to do much. Still one of our better players on the pitch.

Irvine showed lots of effort but that’s about it. Tried to make things happen.

Hernandez had no support whatsoever. Chased lost balls that were hoofed at him. Gave up second half.

—-

Grosicki came on and sulked.

Campbell needs to show more strength when contesting. Let a few things go easily.

Toral basically didn’t give the ball away, could have scored late on and sorted out our midfield but it was already too late. Possibly should have started.

My fingers are still too cold and stiff to write much, but the less said about Mazuch, Aina and Larsson the better.

Mazuch and Aina can be excused, they're both just really **** players and it's the managers fault for putting them on the pitch. Larsson however has no such excuse.

Bowen and Wilson both wasteful, couldn't keep balance or control of the ball. Hendrickson quiet but not bad. Hernandez and Irvine barely got a touch, by no fault of their own, no blame apportioned. Typical **** and sloppy performance we have come to expect from Dawson. Clark was mostly fine and probably our busiest player but his delivery was **** today and let him down, did well in defence though.

McGregor brilliant. 4 or 5 excellent saves that really should have been goals. As said really it should have been 7 or 8 nil. We've been very, very lucky to only concede three.

As per last post, Chazz asked for a run down from people who went. Not from someone who read the BBC live text updates.

Ashamed to say I left early as my youngest was turning blue in the cold. Police everywhere, so expecting something I suppose. The bus park was a slippery mess due to an oil or diesel spill. There were rainbow footprints down the road from the ground, suggesting we were far from the first to leave. Awful match for us, but very good for Monk who has fired them up. We were second to everything and under pressure whenever we got the ball. They deserved their win today and we got what we deserved from this one. We could have lost our goal difference advantage today without MacGregor, who was fantastic considering the conditions.

Somebody was sat down surrounded by paramedics at the bus stop near the McDonalds. Looked as though they’d been punched in the face.

Just seen the goals. Not having greegsy at fault for that goal. It was a freak. No blame on him.

Nice pass from henriksen for the third
