Your only, and rather pathetic, line of attack was to question my intellect, my job status, and my musical talents. You wummed hard on those issues.

Given the fact that I enjoy a very comfortable lifestyle, with a professional qualification, am a graduate of Cambridge University, and a fairly accomplished semi-pro musician, I told you that “the truth would destroy you,” which it clearly has, despite what you say to the contrary. In fact, I made that very comment in the spirit of banter, not to brag, but to wum. If you had refrained from making personal attacks on me, at that time, on those issues, I would never have felt the need to justify myself, whether in jest or otherwise.

Everything else - and I do mean everything - was added on to keep ramping up the ante, and to keep winding you up. In that objective I have been 100% successful.

In the meantime, and over the intervening years, we’ve seen a clutch of some real nasty characters latching onto our spat. You’ve encouraged it, of course, because these knuckleheads are fighting your corner for you. For some of them, I clearly represent some failure or sexual dysfunction in their lives, because the vitriol with which they have met my obvious banter has bordered on the obsessive and psychotic.

It is this nasty element, encouraged by you and idiots like Bambi and Stan, that has led us to where we are now.

I have been in fairly close contact with Sky, and I have encouraged him to post, yet he remains adamant that he has lost all interest in this forum, for reasons that others have already accurately described. I am aware that quite a few of the lads have formed a social media group - Twitter, Watsap, or whatever - which I have been invited to join. My work commitments haven’t permitted me the time to look into that, just yet, but I will get round to it.

I’m sure that there will be a strong core of us who will continue to keep in touch, regardless of what happens here, and that may well be the reason why Sky isn’t fussed about coming back, and why Libby isn’t fussed about posting on this board.

You can cut it anyway you want, Pix, and justify it in whatever way makes you feel good about yourself, but you are part of the reason that Sky won’t post. I’m not saying that you are the only reason, or even the major reason, but you are a part of it.

There was a ***** on the Sunderland board who threatened to call the cops on me because I made up a poem about him being Barry Bennell's mate.
