The fact is since they've gone this board has got a lot quieter. By the way it's not a good luck for a man nearly in his 60's crawling up peoples arses. You should come out for some air now and again
In fairness, it's only a matter of time before any of us stop posting, for lots of differing reasons ... mortality, flouncy fits, ceasing to believe in fairies, meeting girls, preferring Mumsnet ... but the site will likely endure
Brush it off all you want, they are popular posters on here and the board won't be as good without them. ... sorry you're so upset buddy ... but there has been lots of banter since Sky flounced off and the end of the world did not happen ... I've exchanged posts with Libby on the Saints board and with Spurlock on various threads on here, Minerva is still posting too ... the only difference is that Sky has flounced of and, as yet, has not come back ... perhaps he will ... perhaps he won't ... his choice in the end ... but no individual poster is bigger than the site...

I did got some very nice PMs from quite a few different posters as it happened ... brb banned me for calling him 'barbie' because he's a soft cnut ... but he's a soft cnut with a ban hammer so that's the way it goes ... he put an olive branch out there so I swallowed my pride (and I'm a very stubborn cnut) because I enjoy this place and the banter more than I would being a martyr to principle ... so I came back ... Sky should do the same ... I hope he will and have said as much on various threads ... but if he doesn't life will go on ... because it does

... Sky's not dead, he's simply flounced... think of it all a bit more like how you felt when Take That split up ... if Sky doesn't come back he'll no doubt join another forum and post the equivalent of "Angels" like Robbie did ... then there may well be a reunion concert somewhere on the Dorset coast in a few years time when everyone will get back together and agree that they were a bit juvenile and acted like a bunch of twats
I've been having a laugh with Sky on here for years and have said my bit about him leaving and had my arguments.It's a pity that he's left and same goes for Libby. No point banging on about it now though I'd rather get back to having a bit of a giggle on here again and hope that in turn that tempts them back.
I vote we trade you for Sky, and condemn you to a year in the sulking thread or Mumsnet......
