Well weve tried with with 2nd rate managers who know fook all about the championship & ones that have experience,but are to soft,or did not get any backing from the owners,so why not a quality manager who knows this league inside out & would get the backing from Radz,admittedly he's not the most loveable of characters but was Revie etc,yes he will divide the fans at first,but he will get results & hard grafting performances from the players,cause one things for sure he would not stand for some of the SH** performances that we have seen lately.

Can't believe you mentioned his name with Revies. I don't know if Revie was liked or not by Leeds Utd fans before he took over, you'll have to ask the likes of Leeds60 or WC for that information. What has Pearson done in management, I ask because I don't know, but you seem a fan. I will say though, it doesn't matter who takes over, if results are bad early on, our fans will get on their back.<ok>
 
Orta is a bit love him or hate him, I’m in the middle on this because Inthink his brief is to find talent at a certain price point. Radz doesnt have the money for a Maddison, Flint, Chester, Snoddgrass, Terry, Grabban etc, so we try it on the cheap. From yesterdays game the only players I would keep are Pontus, Pennington, Forshaw, Alioski Saiz, oh and I would make sure Klich comes back because you slag him as much as you want but the shyte endured in the middle has killed our season. Klich is th eonly Leeds player flying and had a 5-1 win today against Vitesse keeping them 4th in the league 2 points clear of Feyernoord. Since he arrived Utrecht have had 3 draws, 6 wins and 1 loss which was against PSV. He has won MOM a couple of times, created winning goals and been selected in the leagues team of the week twice. We never saw him.

There are Orta signings at Forest and elsewhere in the league who left boro, some good players like Tomlin. Clayton is still there too. I suppose for every jem theres a lump of coal and we seem to have more coal than jems, maybe brought in too early. Grot has scored 3 in 3 for the U23s, Clarke knocking on the door, Hosannah and a few more kids nearly there. Cibicki looked class when he was in the U23s too so maybe next season. Its the middle for me though because Phillips, O’Kane are shadows of earlier in the season, Viera a shadow of last seasons player. We got rid of Bridcutt because of the players we had but wow Bridcutt is a big miss now. When he signed Traroe and Bamford they were shyte and look at them both now. Those 2 will get Boro promotion

With respect Doc if rads hasn't got the money to buy the types of player you mentioned above he either needs to find some wealthy investors or pack it in and stop wasting his and our time. Out of our current players I'd keep Forshaw, jannson and saiz the rest can clear off for me but I suspect saiz and jansson will be looking for a way out come summer. This league is going to get more expensive to compete in year on year you either take the plunge or take a hike it's that simple. Trying to do it on the cheap will not happen anymore sad but true.
