Press release will say somrthing like this"I will always have a special relationship with the Geordie nation but sadly they are not the decision makers at St James' Park. Although I am grateful to Newcastle for giving me a free transfer, when you are told you can go for nothing then you have to listen to the message. I am incredibly excited to be joining QPR at this pivotal time in their history and plan to give my all for the club"

If that turns out to be the exact words of the press release, you will immediately become our most trusted ITK. (Unlike someone else I could name!!).

Lets see if u r right, sounds pretty good :)
Not sure about the "Geordie Nation" part though

Can we have a time to plz lol

Well Alan Pardew has just been on SSN and basically said that he inherited the situation with Joey/Board and its up to Joey. He doesn't want to lose his best players but things happen and sometimes you have to move on.

So basically Pardew wants him to stay and Ashley doesn't so that should make his mind up,

If Israel was right it would be rediculous for QPR executives. And Joey should have other issues than telling detailed stories to a friend of Israels friend ... So I cannot believe this at all. Another "Cerny" - or the same? - too much for me! Hope I am wrong.

Israel its all wishfull thinking no different to what we would hope would be said, dont forget guys nothings certain until it on QPR site is it possible barton may have signed yesterday but is trying to make out to the toon fans how difficult a decision he is trying to make hopefully every thing will will be resolved soon just F***ing get on with it.

IMO he will sign today. Mike Ashley doesn't want him and there are no other clubs chasing him. Surely it's a no-brainer.

Barton on Twitter:

Not bad Isreal, not bad at all.
