Heathrow’s ok, I used to get there early and pay £45 to go in the executive lounge, drinks & food free.

I use Bloc hotel in the terminal at Gatwick if I'm flying from there. Day room is around £35 and there's a shower, king size bed, TV and Air conditioning.

I usually fly there from Newquay, so often have a 6-7 hour wait for a connecting flight.
