56-58 people were convicted of these sick crimes of grooming. In what was 17 cases over 14 years in certain towns. Of the 56-58 53 were of a similar ethnicity. Which in a population of millions of men of that ethnicity isn't close to 84%.

Also the report is flawed as it only focussed on what was in essence a couple of particular cases in particular places ie Rochdale were convicted.

Had they included the white grooming gangs from Sussex where 4 white men were convicted or the 6 white men from abergale, convicted. 4 white men convicted in Bolton. 2 white men and a woman convicted in hampshire, then the figures would have shown a different picture of grooming.

Its also worth noting that the woman in Hampshire, although charged with over 40 offences got sympathy from the judge for hard times when she was in her 20's

A quick google will show you over a 120 white men convicted of grooming offences over the last few years. See examples above. But never made national news

A further look into the report will show how they try and use words not used in law eg "street grooming" to target specific cases and ethnicities. Widen these parameters to grooming of all kinds and its a different picture. A channel 4 report suggested over 2000 cases.

The main reports by the children's commissioner etc don't agree with quilliam neither do others.
