Mugs game, buying a new phone every 9-12 months for tiny improvements.
Paid £200 for my mobile back in May and I'll keep it until it breaks. **** changing it all the time just to be up to date with every other ****er.

I'm the same, I only change phones when it breaks or I do something dumb.
Had a Sony K750 for about 7 years and before that an Nokia NGage (which was a really underrated phone, looked like a twat making calls though).

A mate of mine bought both his daughters an IPhone X for Christmas. Within days the youngest had dropped hers and smashed the screen.
Absolute madness, 2 grand on phones for his girls, both of which are still at school.

Our families are really good friends and we are god parents to his children, but the one thing that winds me up a little, is that his kids don’t have any repect for anything they have.
When the youngest dropped her new phone, she just shrugged her shoulders and said “oh well”.
Really surprises me as the kids are well behaved and polite, but they seem to break anything bought for them.

Absolute madness spending £2k on presents in the first place. But yeah those kids seem to need a lesson in the value of money if they are just shrugging off breaking a £1k phone
