I can say I'm almost 100% certain that Sky has never met him, or even spoke to him off the forum.

The whole gig thing was a wind up.

It certainly didn't destroy me as he isn't a 6' 2" blonde headed bareknuckled helicopter circling football scout but he is a short fat balding guitarist in his late 50's. <laugh>

....taken in isolation you have a point ... but HIAG was also rather scathing and dismissive of other poster's real lives and experiences, to the point of obsessiveness at times, with countless threads being disrupted by his self promotion and scorn of others ...plus all the ones he created to further his personal grievances against 'rivals' ...

It was perhaps inevitable that someone would call out his bullshit at some point ...

What's done is done and can't be changed ... I'd welcome him back personally ... no real problem with him ...
