That was the one I was looking at seeing as it's so close to the station. Cheers OT.

It'll be packed and there are few bars closer to the ground that cater to away fans (Zulu Bar > Now Joe Cools) but the 8 Bells is the best.

As an aside OT, I've been a 606 viewer for ages, just never signed up. Were you at the Chelsea cup game? I was in a bar and got cracking on to 2 guys at this bar, some Mexican place we got moved to I think and I had a raised eyebrow when one of them said he worked overseas lol wasn't you by any chance? Wearing the old Brown Ale Newcastle top.

I was at the Chelsea Cup game in that away bar called Havana's as the Slug had changed hands.

I think I was wearing last seasons shirt though I can't be sure. I do have the old Brown Ale top and chatted to a fair few people. I got chatting to some guy there just before I headed to the ground he kept threatening me...

You there tonight? I'll be in the 8 Bells about 6 wearing a suit. I may stand out

Great idea to sit right near the front when I saw the seat was available.

Forgot that it was Feb and the seat is uncovered

I'll get an Evening Standard to fashion as a hat just in case

Mustn't have been you then, just when he said overseas though it had me thinking. Yeah, I'll be in Eight Bells tonight around about 6:30 I reckon with last seasons long sleeve shirt on, not quite as dapper as you but I'll do my best!
