Which is 8 (parents) +16 (kids each (average)) = 24 (kids and parents) on welfare payments in one generation, 16 (kids) meet partners (almost always other immigrants) = 32(parents) + 16x4 (kids of parents) = 96 + 8 (grandparents) = 104 on welfare in the next generation (base calculations not specific to any particular migrant)

It is no secret child based assessment of welfare entitlements causes people on welfare to have kids, as it moves you up the housing list and gives you more income. This is especially so in Sweden. I have seen this myself in Dublin, it was literally what people did once they were old enough to get the dole
It is clear why Sweden is having the problems they are as the socio-economic fallout from such a problem means gangs and crime going through the roof, as the UN links poverty and crime solidly.
