They're similar ranked clubs with only a couple of places between them. A midfielder needs all of these, look at Lampard, Gerrard, Iniesta, Xavi they have it all even players like Danns and Greening do. So I don't know how you can say I don't know the game when you have contradicted yourself!

Just because I don't like Cairney it doesn't mean I know nothing about football!
Cairney has been the best player this season out of the whole 11. Dudgeon was at fault for the goal against Palace, too weak and lost his man. Brady is a great player and will get better but not as good as Cairney. Look at the likes of Paul Scholes, was he a really fast player with bags of pace, no, but he could win the ball as he was in the team to do that and not as an Olympic sprinter, Steven Gerrard is like Cairney in many ways, he is not the quickest player on the pitch and never has been but his passing ability is superb and rarely gives away the ball. Jimmy Bullard was never a sprinter or hard tackler but he knew what to do with the ball at his feet as does Cairney. Midfielders are all different and in most teams you have a ball winner and a creative player with flare which is Cairney. As for the Scotland side, maybe he still will get a call up, its still very early days.
Cairney will be a premiership player one day and I only hopes that with Hull City, the kid and I say kid as he is still vety young and still learning the game, he has everything but pace.
Dudgeon was unlucky at the weekend, nothing more. Brady is a far better player than Cairney, he's 19 and at Man Utd. Cairney is a year older but with us, clear difference in quality there. All those players you have mentioned have a better work rate than Cairney by a long way and even though he is a creative midfielder he still needs a work rate.
PS you've contradicted yourself again by saying I can't say Rosenior has been better as he's not playing in the same position but then you can. Also watch Gerrard tackle, he can play as a holding midfielder because it's that good. Caireny isn't like him at all and if he was he wouldn't be with us.
The most creative midfielder we have without doubt is Koren, he is completely wasted on the right and should be played just off the front man were he can influence the game. My formation would be:
Basso
Rosenior - Hobbs - Chester - Dudgeon
Cairney - Evans/Mckenna
Koren
McClean - Fryatt - Brady
Basso
Rosenior - Hobbs - Chester - Dudgeon

Just because Brady is a Man U player does not make him any better than Cairney, thats silly talk. Evans was a Man U player as was Stewart and when they were before we bought them did that make either of them better than any player we had signed at the club at that time?
You silly man... Cairney will be either in the Prem with us or will move on to a Prem club within the next 3-4 years, FACT.
The other obvious omission that you fail to see is the FACT that on Saturday against Palace, EVERY single bit of play went through Cairney, When other players had the ball, the first person they looked to give the ball to was Cairney. He is our only play maker in the side. Koren when he is on his game can be as good as Cairney but goes missing far too much in games.
I think you should be careful using the word 'fact' in football. Just because I don't share the same opinion as you it doesn't mean I am wrong. I could argue that Caireny didn't do a job if he is the playmaker as we created **** all. I think saying Koren can be as good as Cairney is a huge insult to Koren. He is the Slovenian captain and has played in the Prem for a lot longer than Cairney.

Koren has more Prem experience because he is older. Maybe once Cairney becomes the age of Koren he may captain Scotland !!!

He had all the time in world on saturday with palace camped on there 18 yard box most pro players could of picked an easy pass to keep possesion he was no were near creative enough and he cant tackle so isnt a defensive midfielder?

He is. I've always tried to give Koren a chance, because my WBA supporting mate (Percy has mates? Ha ha ha) loved the guy to death, still wants him back there now, but the fact is he doesn't do anything. Like Geovanni, but you could excuse it more with Geo because he had the odd flash of brilliance, Koren is just doing nothing. I don't know whether that's down to tactics, motivation, whatever, but Cairney is a better player at this moment in time for me.
I agree to mate, Cairney is far better HERE & NOW and yeah tigerman's a clown at the circus with a chip on his shoulder about one of our best youngest prospect I've seen in years !!!
