Apparently three out of the four regular back four are Chelsea players anyway, thanks to their multitudes of loanees. Can't be a good thing as a lower league team to come to a PL team and have to change 3/4 of your defenders.
What a twat. I can't stand most of the Arsenal Fan TV lot, but most of the regulars have been going home and away for years. He's basically trying to say that you can't be a fan and criticise the players or the club. Suggesting that they're scam artists just in it for the money is ****ing disgraceful, frankly. The attitude that many Arsenal players seem to have is summed up well by this entitled little ****. If he doesn't like criticism or people having opinions about his performances, then he's in the wrong job. Time for a career change, Hector? No? Didn't think so.
14:51 'I'd expose all four' West Brom v Southampton (15:00 GMT) please log in to view this image David Pleat Former Tottenham manager on BBC Radio 5 live A few people have asked me what would I do about the four West Brom players after the incident in Barcelona. I would expose all of them. That's David Pleat for you, he's always up for getting it out in the open.........
Let’s be honest, even if pleat wanted to expose all of them, we’d still be none the wiser after he’d pronounced all of their names wrong.
Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba will miss Saturday's FA Cup fifth-round tie at Huddersfield because of illness. (BBC Football) That is correct. Mourhino is sick of the sight of the twat!
Graham Poll adding to the mountain of evidence that he's a twat: Mata's offside, but they don't like that decision, despite it being correct. Smalling's handball? What handball? Don't know what you're talking about.
1. One VAR decision is (arguably) wrong, though probably isn't, so that's an excuse to scrap the whole system is it? Funny we don't see multiple reviews of wrong decisions that don't get corrected by VAR that award goals wrongly on a regular basis (and normally favour certain teams over others). 2. Brilliant arguments heard on the radio include "the yellow line isn't even parallel"... well no, not to the 18 yard line because that would be wrong - have you ever heard of vanishing point?
That intellectual giant of punditry, Jason Cundy, was on the radio last night. I listened briefly as I was driving to my gig. He was saying, in his best Chelsea-boy accent, that "You can't trust the technology that does those little white lines, my son! An' if you can't trust the technology that does the little white lines, you can't trust any fink, my son!" Twat!
As was seen a couple of weeks ago, most pundits don't know the laws of the game. Chuck in their need to say something controversial and team bias [Robbie 'Class of 92' Savage and Paul Scholes being impartial? ] and it's a Luddites charter. Add in the stupidity of McManamanamanaman and Poll still tonguing United's crack and it's surprising they didn't call for.... ending VAR; removing goal line technology; taking the whistle from the ref and giving him a handkerchief; replacing the cross bar with tape; returning to the Gold Standard; re-instating the Corn Laws; Trial by Ordeal; and the Divine Right of Kings and by special request [see below]..... ducking stools for witches
