'I will be wearing a donkey jacket, a Dutch cap and carrying a copy of Socialist Worker'

You will approach me and say, 'Are English girls good at arithmetic?'

and I will say, 'Not in my experience

    ' Got that?

Well, being true is quite important. Why don't you just speak your own mind rather than copying other people's bullshit? This is a forum for discussion.

What do you think, Kiwi? Speak your mind. Just post an opinion rather than propaganda

Hang on a minute Strolls. It could be a lot worse. He could be citing the Daily Mail or The Telegraph as gospel. It has been known on this sacred forum.

Mmm.........I don't think he's stupid at all. Too easy to just dismiss it as an idiot making a poor decision. IMO he knew exactly what he was doing.

I’ve been reading about it this morning. It’s really odd. The spy he talked to, who seems to be something of a self publicist, says Corbyn was a paid spy. The woman who heads up the Czech secret service archives says the records show no such thing. I don’t think spying is beyond Corbyn, and that he could easily justify it to himself in terms of his ideology. But I find it hard to believe that he would have access to any secrets, as a well known Soviet apologist, or that the British Secret Service wouldn’t have been very well aware of anything he was doing. His value to the Soviet Bloc might have been more in the ongoing drama of the Labour Party, if he could get in a position of influence in a Labour Government he would have been useful to them. Thankfully the Welsh Wind Bag Kinnock stopped all that Militant nonsense and the Soviet bloc collapsed. Though of course Putin and Iran will have much the same hopes for Corbyn as the old Tinker Tailor spymasters might have had, given his inability to express any criticism of them and his history of taking money from their propaganda broadcasters.

‘Idiot’ is probably the wrong word, but I do think people who slavishly follow an ideology, whether it is religious or political, are missing something in their make up. Just my opinion of course.

I don't think he was a "spy" as most people think of the role. However, being an "agent" is simply a person that Intelligence officers have gained the trust of and started to cultivate information from. This kind of asset is very often a long term operation and the information they relay can be completely mundane and useless, until bingo!! They say something that, in isolation means very little, but, when tied in with other known intelligence can suddenly be very telling or even the last piece of a 20 year jigsaw puzzle.
None of us know exactly what happened, but there's no doubt that Corbyn has form for openly befriending know enemies of this Country. It's not a stretch to think he would talk freely against his own Country's best interests.

  13. Can't disagree but... There's two campaigns against Corbyn at the minute. One suggests he's not fit for office as he has held no senior positions, has no influence and nobody listens to him. The other suggests he's been giving state secrets to the communists, colluding with the IRA and trying to get Hamas and Hezbulah to be allowed seats in Parliament (ok I exaggerate a tad!) It can't be both. Personally I think he's the archetypal middle class schoolkid who opposes the establishment as it's really trendy - and he seems to pursue the "my enemy's enemy is my friend" school of thought. I don't mind that too much - it's a rite of passage for many. Problem with Jeremy is his rite of passage has been ongoing for over 40 years...

Makes me what to vote for more
Bloke might not completely right nor the current party but seriously anyone who votes for the cons in the current political climate must be just of bad.

How the cons have served the Brexit voters must be disappointing to them? It’s their fault not the EU imo
