I didn't say it did. Adding the red in just makes me think of the union flag. Didn't like thatvdesign in its original form.The blue was originally navy, not that lighter shade. We should play in red and white anyway. We win World Cups wearing red shirts.

I was bought the original design as a ten year old.

Got if from Jim Bell on Ferensway and was reliably informed I was only the second person in Hull to have that kit.

For that reason alone it makes it the best England kit.

Ever.

I don’t know if you’re all taking the piss here, it doesn’t read like it but I have to check - cos that Nigeria kit is ****ing dogga. Reminds me of when English clubs got excited around the time of the Premier League launch and they all seemed to come up with an abomination. I’m thinking the famous Norwich kaleidoscope, Man Utd’s weird blue offering or the Coventry eye-waterer.

Also that Umbro template you’re all ****ing over is miles ****ter than the New England shirt.

Which are all probably the most cherished kits. Look at our Tiger print kit. Yes, I was being facetious. But, it's actually not that bad.

I don't think anyone has been '****ing' over the New England Kit. My only mention was I hate Nike kits and the kit manufacturer should be British.

Just for clarity.

I didn’t say they were ****ing over the new kit. I said they were ****ing over the Umbro template.

What they’re ****ing over isn’t the new England kit. It’s what some speccy twat who has never kissed a girl has drawn and put on the Internet that he’d like it to be the new England kit.

I said nobody was ****ing over the mock up Umbro template that you succinctly put they were. In particular me, I'd already stated - I hate Nike Kits and would rather it was manufactured by a British owned company. Which doesn't include Umbro anyway.
