Badly handled IMO. They did come across as threats. Nothing should have been said by the Trust until the meeting took place. They declared their hand to the media before hearing what was on offer, totally unnecessary, and all it has done is give the Allam an acceptable excuse to walk out because no-one likes to be bullied.
