When news about the Australian group first appeared in the summer the usual suspects on ITTV went into a frenzy of school playground piss-taking. Their antics went way beyond their usual wumming and showed the true depth of their fawning love for Roland and his contemptible regime.
If they want to oppose a new future for Charlton, then let them.
They were not slow to accuse anti-RD protesters of hating the Club and wanting it to fail. If they now want to show their true colours and become an openly anti-Charlton forum then none of us will lose any sleep over it.
No more freebies for them if that's going to be their attitude.

The irony is that they could easily end up becoming what they criticise Charlton fans/message boards for. Opposing the board, only this time the board(hopefully) will be doing all things good.
They already want the take-over to fail.
Presumably they would be happy to see the new owners fail just so they can continue banging on about how wonderful Roland was.

When the Aussies first got involved with a takeover bid I am sure that the talk was that they wanted to IMPORT young Auusie talent over to the UK to develop it and sell on to the Premiership? There was also talk of the Aussie National Manager taking over at Charlton...... but I guess all this was just noise?
What I find confusing is when posters (on all message boards), talk of Australian interest because one is never sure which bid we are talking about, as it’s clear there have been two.
First there was interest from a consortium seeking funding which never seemed to come to much as raising the capital became a major concern. Then, supposedly, Muir became involved with putting in his not inconsiderable funding and they were back in the frame.
Then we are given to understand that he is/was showing interest as a sole purchaser.
I assume a number of posters don’t know this, which makes the whole thing a bit of a mess when trying to fathom out what and about who is being posted!
