Bristol the great city
we sold the 1421 tickets, now can your club give us at least the same as your lot had at Ashton Gate.
We’re being told your club and the police have set this amount.
our club said they are going to fight it and hopefully get the allocation increased.

What do you guys reckon.

It would be great to have more titties in town RR, don’t get smashing our lovely city up though pal! Good game anticipated! :emoticon-0103-cool:

Not sure about you citing us as part of the problem RR. From everything I've heard and read, it was totally SWP that instigated the limit and the club had to go along with it.

I suppose it's all down to past history but a totally negative initiative from them and you should have the full 10% of ground capacity that Football League rules allow.

It's SWP who have put the cap on tickets all because of a few nutters who smashed a pub up, maybe you should blame them.

Villa were given 4000. So were Newcastle last season. No reason why Bristol should not have a bigger allocation. Hope they do as 'fair.

It's bound to be the police that dictate the numbers in these sort of games

Of course it is. Anyone across there that thinks this is a massive ploy by the club to prevent Bristol fans from attending the game is just playing the idiot card.

Our players faced over 30,000 extremely hostile Leeds supporters on the weekend and didn't blink an eye.

A few thousand Wurzels at the CCS would be an irrelevance to the proceedings on the pitch not a distraction. There may be other off the pitch issues but that should be policed not whitewashed.

All of us over here think the decision to limit numbers to be totally ludicrous and you should be allowed your full alocation if not more if we can't fill the seats ourselves.

im happy for the whole away end 2 be filled............but it seems the police are short of money(cut backs) and don't wanna police it in large numbers(overtime rates).......anyways have a good day and don't beat up any wooden chairs on your way
