More of a Kenedy watch to be honest.
Kid is a class act. Cannot fathom how he is overlooked so many farking years especially we have deadwood like Alonso in that spot FFS!!


Still cannot figure out why we cannot bring back Tammy instead of paying 18 million for Scorpion guy??
Tammy is done for the season with both Ayews going to Wales and Bony waiting in the wings.


Keep it coming on other players on Loan.

Loaning Kenedy was total stupidity, he was able and ready to play as a rotation player of some class. Same with Musonda. But so was Ake and Bertrand. This pisses me off more than Conte picking Cahill, getting rid of Costa, not picking Luiz and playing Hazard as a striker. Then again was it Contes' call to let the latest 2 kids go on loan? Whoever it was should be ****ed and burned.Our agreement on Tammy does not allow an early recall, some ****er signed off on that and presumably the same deal with Celtic and Musonda.
Conte bleated far too often when he had options but chose not to play them . That I believe, was lack of guts plain and simple.But again, the Manager should be able to build his team without fear of Board recriminations, but instead they are pressured into instant gratification for the Board with a weak squad.
As for Alonso, with another player to rotate, you might see that your criticism is unwarranted.

Agreed.
Hopefully Kenedy and Abraham will play important roles for us next season under our new manager.
However, you are WAAAAY off the mark with your player criticism, as usual.
Alonso has had far more awesome games for us than bad. He is a quality player

If we have Matic protecting the weakside Alonso will be awesome.

Otherwise he is total liability. Everything goes through Alonso's side.
 
Alonso and Kenedy don't play in the same position.

Giroud is miles ahead of Abraham.
 
It's a shame that young talent never sees the light of day. The pressure to have instant success makes it nigh on impossible to succeed unless you're the second coming of Messi.

No KDB was great for Wolfsburg on loan. We parted for 15 M doh.. Then Mo was on fire for Fiorentina & Roma. We parted with Mo less than 2 yrs ago.

Bring in Claudio Rainieri I say, he spotted more talent for Chelsea and Leicester than the rest put together.
Pretty sure all the following were suggested and /or bought because of Ranieri
Cech, Bridge, Glen Johnson, Gallas, Makelele, Duff, Petit, Lampard, Gronkjare, Joe Cole, Kante, Mahrez, Antony Martial ( Monaco)
.As opposed to Bakayoko, Drinkwater, Zappacosta, Morata, Cahill, Barkley et al.
Oh almost forgot,he also recommended Drogba.

Loads of our loan players scored this weekend. Piazon, Kane, Batshuayi, Miazga, Mount.

Mount is making quite an impact at Vitesse, playing most weeks now and looks the real deal.

At least you keep enough players to fill a bench, think of poor old City who only had enough players to name 6 subs instead of 7.
It seems their "Elite Development Squad" are not even good enough to produce a player worthy of gaining first team squad experience.

Tbh he didn't win this season. Both Conte & Jose gifted the title to him.

nah we had that last year and there were occasions we were a liability. Matic is a monster in the middle but asking him to run left and middle and everywhere is too much

Never rated Schurrle. Not a terrible player, had a nice finish but he was a winger for us and his all round play wasn't great. He's fine at a team going for the CL spots not a top quality player though

Not our best German player, but he has a World Cup Medal, so he's not too shabby.
