I had never noticed that they were holding a board with the driver’s name on.
They should retrain them all as pit mechanics before the start of next season. It can’t be that difficult to spend 24 seconds every race changing a tire.
I always think its a breach of HS standards when they make the mechanics wear those ridiculously hot coveralls in the conditions they race in.
