I dont mind them either, but then I also quite liked Elvis Presley, and look what happened to him.I like the Killers a lot so **** all y'all.

Best thing is to just say **** off to any Killers. They've only ever done one song I like and it's not Mr Brightside either.
My phone ring is the intro to When We Were Young by you know who![]()
Good job it's not my phone, lol. Each to their own, not my cuppa.

What were they like mate? I loved TYA.
Seen these a few times and the Ten Years After guitar solo (or in reality a duet with the two guitarists) is what I look forward to most with this band.. I may have been there if I wasn't at work..
Sounds great - I must check them out.Superb. Good all round band. A couple of Free numbers, Pink Floyd, Robert Cray, Lizzy, even done an Alex Harvey version of Delilah.
The Revolutionaires are playing at the Butchers Arms down the East End this Sunday tea time (5:30pm start). These are well worth going to see...
What type of music do they play? Love live music in pubs.
I would describe them as a 50's style rock and Roll/R&B band.. They have a double bass and drum going, a lad who can make the saxophone talk (who is Sombrero's mate) and a lead vocalist/ musician who can do just about everything including some fabulous piano and harmonica solos.. They are just a very entertaining band and well worth a butchers at the Butchers..

Will try n talk our lass into having a dodge down. I might pop in as well.![]()
Is this place near the Clarendon? It's a small venue but you normally get a cracking atmosphere.. It would be great to see you there mate..
Is this place near the Clarendon?
Been a while for me too but the Clarendon was still going. If the Clarendon is still open then yes it is. Long time since I was down the East End. The Boars Head was my last pub I visited down there.
A brave lad going there on your own. Even the dobermans go round in pairs. If anyone is as far south as Thirsk - Duo are playing there tonight at the Little 3 pub!
If not then I am on in Seaham tomorrow (Deneside WMC) on my own
Not quite sure where that pub is, but I think so.. If you go down High st East heading towards the docks it is on the right hand side just after the turn off for the fish quay..Is this place near the Clarendon?
