Superb. Good all round band. A couple of Free numbers, Pink Floyd, Robert Cray, Lizzy, even done an Alex Harvey version of Delilah.
I know one of the guitarists and I worked with the bassists son. Yes that duet is a bit special.
The Revolutionaires are playing at the Butchers Arms down the East End this Sunday tea time (5:30pm start). These are well worth going to see...
I would describe them as a 50's style rock and Roll/R&B band.. They have a double bass and drum going, a lad who can make the saxophone talk (who is Sombrero's mate) and a lead vocalist/ musician who can do just about everything including some fabulous piano and harmonica solos.. They are just a very entertaining band and well worth a butchers at the Butchers..
Will try n talk our lass into having a dodge down. I might pop in as well.
It's a small venue but you normally get a cracking atmosphere.. It would be great to see you there mate..
If the Clarendon is still open then yes it is. Long time since I was down the East End. The Boars Head was my last pub I visited down there.
Been a while for me too but the Clarendon was still going.

Last time I was over that way I watched the derby in the Eastender.

Not quite sure where that pub is, but I think so.. If you go down High st East heading towards the docks it is on the right hand side just after the turn off for the fish quay..
