I was responding tot his one by BumChin - Absolute ****ing bollocks perpetuated by media with an agenda. I know someone who has been trying to get into the UK for 5 years to join their partner, who they’re engaged to, and the hoops are unbelievable.
Because the person I know who is English can’t get into the other country permanently either.
Because the partner who lives in this country cannot go to the country where the partner who does not live in this country is living and be together in one country because the partner who does not live in this country already has a partner who does live in the country that isn’t this country and the partner who lives in this country does not want to be a partner to the partner of the partner.
