I've been trying to find out a bit more about him. I'm optimistic it could work out. He seems to have quick feet, a good footballing brain and doesn't look like he'll panic if he gets a chance. Link up play looks decent too. The Prem of course seems to have a way of crushing this optimism but I'll be happy to give him a good chance. He's got to be an improvement on our current line up

Indeed. Funnily enough I've just started rewatching the real football factories on netflix, half of episode 2 saw Danny Dyer in Burnley having a bit of a chat with one of the head guys of their "Firm", who call themselves the Suicide Squad Top quality viewing like. Quite scary that people reckon they are born to be football hooligans and are quite happy spending their lives in and out of the nick, and bringing their kids up to follow the same path! Probably not as bad nowadays like but I bet some of it still gaans on like. Proper naughty !!!

With Dzeko on the way to Chelsea to play back up to Morata surely we should be having a look at Batshuayi off Chelsea on loan? Proven to score goals in the league, probably available with Dzeko coming in, on loan so Mike doesn't have to stump up the cash. Him or Sturridge for 6 months loan for me over the links we've had so far and then we can revisit the "breaking the club record" in the summer when we've had a chance to sort our **** out as opposed to rushing around in the last 10 days of the window bidding for anyone and everyone.
