Was supposed to go walking but it's like an ice rink out there so got dragged to TK Maxx instead. Bought some seat cushions. Thrilling.

Not even cross your mind? I must admit that I find it a bit strange that you would dismiss the idea out of hand, especially when the Dutch skate all over the place when it's cold. Are you always so vehemently judgmental of other cultures? Your type make me sick.

Well, it was a basic but tasty curry with potatoes, onion, 'shrooms, chilies and spinach. Sauce was simple enough: tomatoes, cumin, coriander, fenugreek, a teaspoon of curry mix (cheat!) and garlic.

Sorry, no photos. I ate it (fat bastard).

Anyway, enjoy the rest of your Saturday night.

Thai green curry with spinach chicken peppers spring onion mushrooms and spuds .
Lemon grass garlic and chillies.

I haven't put the rice on yet , prefer to let the coconut milk absorb the flavours for a few hours.
