Brain Power already beaten when it fell, I think. Jumping not good enough, speed not up to Un de Sceaux standard.

What have I got to do with the price, I glanced at the race for the first time at 3.32, didnt have a bet.

To be fair to Un De Slow hes got some record, 8 G1s, 20 wins from 26 runs and 3 G1 2nds.

Shows how good Sprinter Sacre was to still destroy him when well past his best.

Well done on winners today lads.Going to have a punt on city to beat Newcastle 4-0 8/1.

Haydock 2.40pm

Ch'tibello 7/4 win.

This is the stand out bet for me tomorrow. Will wait until morning when odds might be better.

Has won round Haydock in heavy going and was only 1 and 3/4 lengths behind the New One at Cheltenham in the International . That was his first run in 10 months and he didn't get the best of runs that day either when jockey tried to go up the inside rail losing a bit of impetus. I can see him running a big race here, is getting the 6lbs again and he will put himself right in to the Champion Hurdle picture with a decisive victory. The New One will be outpaced promoting connections to make the decision that the 'Stayers Hurdle' it is...

Close call that...I thought ch'tibello had it won but the line just didn't come in time. Fair play to the New One that extra bit of stamina came to the fore. I think ch'tibello will be better on good to soft in the Champion hurdle but I am not sure he is good enough to place after that where he was getting 6lbs.

He would have won it 2014, anyone who says otherwise is full of absolute ****e. Jumped the hurdle neck and neck with Jezki and was 5L behind after it with momentum lost. That was his year. He got beat a half length by My Tent at Kempton after blundering the last, he was always going to reverse that at Cheltenham.

Hate to disagree with you but he was hampered too early in the race to say it cost him. Fair enough he was beaten a couple of lengths in the end but his record in Grade 1’s since is there for all to see - not up to it.

Some horses just cant do enough can they................

Yep 2 crap 10 year olds took centre stage today. One with a couple of Grade 1s and a whole bunch of Grade 2s. The other with 8 Grade 1s and a few Grade 2s, over a million each in prize money and both pretty ordinary apparently. I wouldn't mind a leg in either.
