for all the mugs who were talking about Goons conceded penalty from few weeks ago. Hand in natural position, not intentional yada yada.. why is everyone ruling out Doucoure's strike from yesterday? Doucoure hand was in natural position & it wasn't intentional. But everyone wants that to be disallowed goal.. that is why I ask this rule to be simplified. If ball & hand meet penalty or disallow goal. Simples!
