I agree that it's the way people are wired and you can't rehabilitate that, there was a both disturbing and interesting article on BBC about nonces that don't offend recently which was a tough read.

I get what you're saying but my point is it could make some more likely to offend... Get used to using the doll ane like I say 'normalises' it for them before eventually they want the real thing.

I don't think there's any 'right' answer to this btw.
