I had a biryani last night and it came out in a clay pot with what looked like a chapatti laid over the top of it and baked on. Cut it open to reveal the curry underneath, a curry pie of sorts. I've noticed more attention to the presentation over the last couple of years with sizzlers, grilles on the tables etc, maybe in an attempt to make the curry more interesting.
