Caribbean Goat Curry was my goal, had pretty good results.
Now trying to nail down the staples: bhuna, rogan josh, madras. Reasonable results. Ordered a couple more recipe books to see what they say that's different.
Got some Hari Krishna veggie recipes to try.
Ultimately, if I could make veggie curries that taste good I'll be sorted as lost two stone but need to lose another two to attain perfection.

I thought "you people" could make curries nae bother. It's "us" that have to learn.
Needed to lose 4 stone, half way there and it will be achieved by summer. Invented thee miracle diet. It's easy, even you could do it.
