Unless an Everton player pulls out an AK47 and starts emptying the clip at our players they will not get sent off. The ref has made his job very difficult now so has two choices. He can issue yellow/red cards to calm the game down, or order a fleet of ambulances for the injured. This is were we need Grujic to come off the bench for 10 minutes, not the last 10 just for the 10 minutes before he gets sent off.
