Is it any different to supporting England, the most successful NH team over the past 20 years? Not really as both sides have had their failures and success. Besides, the All Blacks are a side of great beauty, so why wouldn't anyone not want to support them in contrast to the turgid French. Furthermore, NZ have encouraged the NH teams to play a more expansive game. And wanting the All Blacks to win is no different to the wishes of the fans of Andy Murray, Rafa Nadal, RF, Usain Bolt, Lewis Hamilton and the great Kenyans athletes
Yep, got that one in my repertoire. Shepherds pie too. But Fats has it right, Marmite cashews are the food of the gods.
Most people who support England because they’re English, or at least live here. I love and admire the way the All Blacks play, and often root for them, especially against Australia, but surely you should always support your home nation’s teams in all sports? Supporting club teams or individual sportsmen or women is different from international team events in my view.
Beyond an allegiance to Hampshire because I lived there, and Middlesex because I was born in the county, I have zilch feelings for any national team. That is just me. I just don't feel English enough to support England apart from when Terry Paine and Steve Williams played for the national side.
Take one shot glass, fill half with vodka half with Frangelico (some hazlenut liquor thing that I'd never heard of but every bar seems to have it) get a lemon and some sugar. Take the shot, lick the sugar (like you would with salt for tequila) and when you bite into the lemon it will taste EXACTLY like chocolate cake. Science is weird.
That is awesome, so much so that I am going to get some Frangelico later today and try it Top tip Saintmagic
I once got paid by Tesco to take my shopping home! Basically I bought a few bits about 15 years ago which included some bits that were a multibuy offer, something like, 2 for £4, that kind of thing. So these things were reduced as the sell by date was that day, but the secret was that the deduction for the multibuy still came off. As I was only getting a few bits, the total came to a minus figure, so the girl opened the till, gave me £1ish change and I left with goods and I made a small profit!! Result!!!
A glass of scotch with a splash of water, a comfy chair and a copy of Catch 22 - pure bliss. For those who are not aware this is a book about monetarism and the market economy and not about war at all. PS If you do not have a copy of Catch 22 then read The Book Thief. It will not make you laugh but will break you heart so choose a book to fit your mood.
Just a slight disclaimer, when I was first told about this I was smashed and sceptical. Every time I have told people about it since they have been smashed and sceptical, until they tried it. I have never tried it sober so would be interested what you have to say, but to show I am not lying here is a link to the "recipe" https://www.thespruce.com/chocolate-cake-shooter-761027 I never mixed the Frangelico and vodka before, just poured them into the shot glass.
