It's true though, journos have to justify their existence so come up with any angle they can think of, with no regard for the truth or even plausibility half the time.
It's always been this way, but it's made worse by the overwhelming weight of "news" on social media etc these days.
As you say, cover every angle then one of them may be right eventually, then say "told you so" and foster an itk rep.
It's all bollocks.

This all sounds bollocks to me anyway and I would not be surprised to see he has signed a new contract soon with arsenal.
