We've won one (1) in our last ten. Drawn three and lost seven, scored seven and conceded seventeen. This isn't going well.

We've only won two away games in a calendar year.

Overall atrocious performance for a team like this. Bottom four for goals against; bottom three for goals scored.
If that isn’t relegation performance I don’t know what is.
There are a whole bunch of people either clutching at straws or burying their heads to find straws to clutch onto.
We can talk about individuals shining ‘til the cows come home, but this is a team sport - and it ain’t improving!

It’s the players not making the right final decisions imo Pavel is currently unable to cross the ball at the right time Bidwell is over hitting them and the strikers find that very hard to read

Our control and build up play is fine but the lack of confidence up front is low

It's because they are crossing them from the wrong places on the pitch Dave. Bidwell is average anyway but too much is asked of them both. They obviously didn' desire it hey

So what’s the outcome of only picking up 6/30 points? TF & Les have a lot of faith in IH but how long can that go on? Do we change the manager now before transfer window bearing mind we won’t do much business & should be on look out for a striker only, on paper team looks good but the set up isn’t & that’s the problem, I don’t no the answer but my solution would keep IH untill end of season & hopefully clear of relegation & then have a think about it & maybe time to depart.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I think we were 13th when we sacked Ramsay, 17th when we sacked JFH. Ian has really brought stability. The bloke is not cut out for it no matter how much he cares about the club. I'm officially stating that he has to go before it's too late. He may have bought some tidy players but he doesn' know how to utilise them. Are we in a better position under ian? Are we progressing? What makes anyone think he can improve results? Serious answers only please as I'm intrigued as to why people think he should stay on.

IMHO.....He won't go until we lose to Burton....so he has 3 matches to prevent that happening....

Please someone tell me why we should keep him. I won't accept 'hes a qpr man', 'He Cares' or stability crap, or even changing managers won't work.........it isn' working now so of course you look for somebody capable of doing the job and there are plenty doing well in the lower divisions cutting their teeth.

I just don't see IH being under any threat despite results. We won't be able to do any business in Jan so who could we really expect to appoint? And would they be any better than Ollie? In the circumstances I think he's probably the right man. Unless someone else comes in with a 20+ striker tucked under their arm they'll still have the same squad to work with. Having said that our lack of goals is seriously scary now and our form more than worrying.

You have got a point mate but I still think a lot of the problem must lie with the manager and his instructions to the players with what he wants them to do and how he wants them to play.....in Ollies case it sometimes seems like he picks a player and a position from out of a hat and just matches them together ( I read that somewhere else and it seemed apt).

I’m really at my wits end as to where our club goes from here and what we should do, re Holloway.....stick or twist....seems we’re ****ed whatever we decide.

I honestly no longer get this criticism of Ollie regarding the random use of players recently. Last night he lost Scowen and Robinson ( late).... Both of whom were "first names" on the team sheet.
He replaced them with Hall (straight swap).... And rejigged the midfield ... playing Luongo deeper and Cousins more forward.....The forwards we all appreciate are more of a problem...but he stuck by Sylla and is continuing to start with Bright Samuel....who is showing promise.
That was a very logical selection imho....

Half of you are calling for stability...the other half say he picks from a random box......Not quite what you all want.

Bottom line to me is ...the midfield and defence is good enough....but if we never score...we are never going to win....and will mostly lose if we concede even one goal.

If we had a striker who could score...we would be 6 to 10 places higher in the table....and would not be talking like this.

It is very worrying I agree. I think management know this....but where do you get this mythical creature...

I totally agree. If we were to go down who would want olly at the helm ? I for one certainly wouldn’t . Nothing positive in what we do on the pitch . Things have to change !

Think you'e missing my point mate. Nobody needs to come in with a 20 plus goal scorer we just need someone with a bit of tactical nouse who plays the players and the team to their strengths. Genuine question , what do you think ian is the right man for exactly?

Totally disagree Beth. We don't create enough or have any width in advanced areas due to the way Ollie decides to set this team up. Whoever plays up top, too much is asked of them working opposition full backs cos our widest players are themselves in full back positions. They don't get a chance to be strikers

It's the manager's decision making that is the problem, constant chopping and changing in selection and we often find ourselves being outplayed and behind. It is then that substitutions fail to make an impact, last night Smith on for Pawel, the player who should have been providing crosses for Smith, we went too narrow and Millwall were comfortable.

This wasn't an isolated bad performance, it was what has become the norm for most of this season. The excuse that defensive injuries were to blame is as lame as the performances, we're just not good enough starting with Ollie and too many of our players are League One quality at best, which is where we'll be next season unless there's a startling turnaround in team performances.

Serious questions have to be asked of Sir Les who can see first hand how piss poor we are and have been since he was appointed, One bad managerial appointment can happen, two would be questionable, three and it's his head that should be on the block as well. No doubt he will bluster his way out of it but the footballing side of our club is seriously lacking direction...

Basically we have loads of options with natural wingers, the majority of which ian has brought to the club. Why oh why would you not then play a formation that accomodates that type of player.
