It's all bollox ... with the help of a couple of mates, or just multiple devices, you can post numerous times 'simultaneously' from just about wherever you want ... so there was no real proof of anything either way ... one of the places I used to work had their servers in Germany - which meant I couldn't put a lottery ticket on from work but using my phone at the same time, I could appear to post simultaneously from Germany and the UK, if I had a mind to ...
