I think, based on the suggested "threat" from the previous meeting, that it will be more sinister than that. Something along the lines of Hull Tigers first XI being super cheap and super cheerful (anything not nailed down), with the Allams claiming that they are unable to change anything as they are no longer involved in the day-to-day running of the club. Meanwhile expect to see Hull City Council stadium signage on eBay and the loan repaid.

As soon as the loan is repaid (if the club is running an annual loss), expect the administrators to be called in, particularly if the company is found to owe several millions in back taxes and penalties re:Geovanni's transfer.

With these people anything is possible, they keep saying they want to sell to a good home, which just gives them an out card not to sell, as they will always say that the buyer was not ITO good enough. I have feared for a long time that this will end in tears, and we will be left in the same situation as when they took over, or even worse.

What this really says is that you have no real bond to Hull City or football; nothing wrong with that, but it has next to nothing to do with the Allams.

Or maybe his life doesn' revolve around football like it used to be.
    Mine no longer does.
I will never stay in to watch any match anymore on the telly if I've got something better to do.

Isn't that the same as not having a bond to it?

I really am curious in AA comments about giving the running of the club to 3rd party management. Is it just another inane comment by the old fool, to take the pressure off them saying they are selling the club, or is there a genuine plan to do that?

If it is the latter, then one assumes they are planning to have the best part of their money back by the end of the season. If that is the case then expect a fire sale in January, any sellable asset will be gone.

The big question mark is over the parachute payment next season? Has this already been used to fund the loan they took out with this Australia bank, as I seem to remember it was on the basis of being secured by these payments as well as revenue from the EPL last season?

If that is the case, then I could see a scenario whereby a management team might be put in charge and told there is no funding from Allamhouse, you have to work within the means you have. which basically means if they have sold the sellable players already, then it is going to be a situation whereby we have to make do with what players are left.

There’s no way these two idiots would let someone else spend their money. Only other way is take their money out and put a fall guy in so they don’t take the flack. Bit like Darnbrough or whatever his name is.

I don't think 3rd party management is that unlikely. It just seems a natural progression for a family who disĺike football and it's machinations. The money made available will be the same, but with others handling the business side of things. Think of the Allams as shareholders.
