Log Out Fatal Error

As Mick can't be contacted I might try Xenforo directly. Meanwhile could someone help test a theory please. Needs someone who visits family often (not too far away)

On 2 computers with different IP addresses, clear the passwords

You must log in or register to see images


Then...
Log in to not606 on both, and leave yourself logged in on both. Then, on one of the computers, log out using the log out option on Your Profile Page. If that causes the fatal error then it would prove there is a bug in the Log Out function. If it doesn't, I haven't a clue (at present) what causes it

I log in through Twitter on my phone and chose remember password .
The beauty of this is you can go from location to location with the same device .
I think you are of an age where you get hung up on things that don't matter and paranoid that people want to get into your computer.

Just chill out nobody is going to do your stupid experiment.

Well thanks for that DD. I just happen to be one of those who like to be helpful. Not hung up at all. Getting hung up on things is nothing to do with age either.

If you visit your family and log into not606 on their computer and don't/can't log out I guess you wouldn't be embarrassed if your family discovered your contributions to GC. Maybe not everyone feels the same.

If we had a proper reporting system for member's queries this thread wouldn't have been posted.

Just forget it and someone close the thread please

I don't use other people's computers to browse social media whilst visiting that would be incredibly rude.

Fair point but I don't always take mine with me when I'm baby sitting and on a Saturday or Tuesday evening I like to follow the match thread for my team. We often use each other's computers. But this isn't about me; it was simply trying to help someone when no other option seems to be available.

Anyway I've asked for the thread to be closed as it seems inappropriata

Ron, nae offence, mate, but what the **** damage do you think a failed logout from this ****ty site is going to do?
