well no henderson, no milner no mingolet... those were his three thus far. he's given it to coutinho over can, wijnaldum, the front 3 and most importantly over lovren... no harm there.
I think it just tells us something about what he thinks of a few guys leadership ability.
In his interview he said he just gave it to the longest serving player on the pitch, you're thinking too much into it mate!

I do too - but I wouldn't be too worried if he went. We'll have Keita that will play that exact role, to a better standard than Can. Still not convinced about Can's style suiting what Klopp wants.
Good player no doubt. Just not mobile enough for us to be too worried if he went.

He could be decent but i heard he's good technically but is tiny. Not sure how he'd fit in (obviously loads of small quality players like Kante, Mata, Silva etc) but from what i know he's more attacking than defensive.

I think lining him up in the summer when Coutinho goes makes sense. So technically swapping Coutinho for Keita and Seri with some change to spare.
Barca put a late offer in for him last summer and he's on plenty of radar's. Nice are ****, but he's the shining light in their team. I think with better players around him he'll be excellent. Bit like Mane when at Southampton - hit and miss as his team were mostly dire.

I agree and would like to see a defensive midfielder come in alongside Keita. However Can leaving means Henderson staying and I know which one I would rather lose
