Southwell 1.20 Aloomoma 11/4. Decent 3rd lto following nearly a year off. Both those who finished in front of him the last day have won on their next start. Gets weight of both the top 2 in the betting and has an in form jockey and trainer.

Skipthecuddles is sitting at 8s just now on the back of pulling up in his last outing and carrying top weight. Was badly exposed in a Class 1 at Cheltenham but is back roughly where he belongs and this feels like a big price for a horse that's more than capable at this level of 3 miler.

Other than that, I'm backing much smaller priced horses at Southwell. Remember though, I'm like the least successful punter in the world so don't listen to me <ok>

Still worried by the thought of Ekbalco99 on his turbo trainer .....

I can see a couple doing well at Southwell, but my recent record has been dreadful, so this is not put up with massive confidence :emoticon-0107-sweat
In the 2.20, I'm very interested in Sir Egbert, as Tom Lacey is firing them in at the moment, then in the 2.50 I'm particularly drawn to Mr Banks, who has been absent for a while but is on a good mark and is in capable hands.
My A/W shout has already been posted and I'm not drawn to anything at Lingfield.

( And yes, this conference call I'm having with my Bangalore colleagues is not keeping my interest at all )

The usual wealth warning as I am not sure where my mate got this as it is from Marco Botti’s yard and he knows no-one in Newmarket:

    Wolverhampton 1:40 American Endeavour

I cannot say that I will be backing it myself as Sir Michael Stoute has a Frankel filly debutant half-sister to Midday in the same race.

Southwell 1.50. 3/1 available in places for Red Rising. Looks a decent price for a lightly raced, improving 6yo

Que the inevitable last place finish but I really can't understand why Living Leader is 80/1 in the 3 40 Wolves, way over priced, pretty good horse, poor runs the last few but mark has come down again and now Edward Greatrex takes over.

    Gotta be worth a 5er e/w @ 80/1 1/4 1-2-3

Can't really go against her can we QM; beautiful pedigree. I think I would throw in Lady Noorah for the forecast. It's punting in the dark as we have no idea how these will go on Tapeta.

Do any stables have the advantage of a Tapeta track. If I was a filthy rich trainer, I would have several training tracks, replicating various tracks, and privately determine horses' ratings on different tracks. Could play havoc with the handicapper

hahaha, not sure how you have spotted my patchy run as I cannot remember the last time I shared anything on here (new policy).
Subscribers to the Stick Textline service are remarkably happy mind :emoticon-0148-yes:

I shall have a look and PM you if there is anything worthwhile.
