Indeed thought it may get used..

Not sure what I'm having tonight. Not my turn to cook. Last night had pork shoulder steaks, boulongerre potatoes and purple sprouting. Was very good.

Am currently lay on my bed harbouring a pounding headache.

No booze for me either tonight. Put away a bottle of red last night. Had five pints and a curry the night before.

Things out of control in the week with me, mainly due to mid week football.

As you know, working away so very easy to just go out and catch a game.
It's usually once a week but this week it's been twice and then ****ers keep giving me bottles of the red stuff.

    ****ers.

Well, my tea went down a storm.

Essentially two chicken breasts on the bone and a load of roast veg. Was very nice.

A dollop of Encona hot sauce on the side to liven it up. Nice Shiraz this too!

Got some fresh squid for tonight. Will pan fry that with loads of garlic and probably have it with some crusty bread and salad.

I really like squid but have to deal with supermarket squid so I have to mess about with it so that it's not chewy.

Never saw the point of it myself. Like trying to chew the tyres off your car. About as tasty too...

It does take some work but I like the taste, if it's fresh it isn't that bad.

When it's been imported from half way round the world and is a few weeks old there's no way it's gettin a flash in the pan. The ****er is getting cooked so that I don't die.

You could go down to Cardiff market but that's an hour round trip.
