Liverpool fan in peace. Just curious, when Hernandez is fully recovered from his concussion, would you think a line up with Rooney behind the striker pair of Hernandez and berbatov/welbeck would work? That way you sacrifice a central mid in carrick or Anderson, who may not be as effective. When everyone is healthy, I would have a front six that lOoked something like this: Nani/Valencia/young---Fletcher----Nani/Valencia/young -------------------------Rooney---------------------------- -------berbatov/hernandez/welbeck(two of three)------- Again, not trying to wum, just curious
I think to formations we'll see this season will be more of a 4-2-3-1 ------------de gea------------ rafael--rio---vidic---evra -----anderson--carrick-------- nani--------rooney--------young -------------pea--------------- I like you idea and i think there will be alot of different options, its all about the balance i guess but nani and young will both pitch in with goals so may not need to be as attack minded as you've suggested
I doubt we will go for anything other than a 4-4-2. De Gea Smalling Jones Evans Evra Nani Carrick Ando Young Rooney Berbatov
Why does everyone choose Anderson and Carrick over Fletcher? He has become a class act and when fit and healthy, should be our main central midfielder.
Me? I really rate Fletcher. And also put him in the line up... You weren't talking to me, were you...? Whoops.
